The in-store experience is exceptional; the digital presence was not. A recent Shopify migration had gone badly: the homepage showed empty dashes where products should have been, navigation was incomplete, and product URLs were broken 80-plus-character strings no search engine could parse and no customer would share. The store was technically live but functionally inoperable.

First, emergency stabilization: fixing the homepage product display, restoring navigation, rebuilding the URL structure with clean handles and 301 redirects to preserve link equity, and repairing the broken mobile experience where most of the target demographic shops. Second, luxury brand identity and architecture: collections rebuilt from scratch around how customers actually shop, dedicated pages for the anchor brands that drive search intent and repeat purchase, and a premium visual system — clean neutrals, high-end typography, and pharmacist-authored product detail that signals expertise. Third, local SEO: pharmacy schema markup with the correct address, phone, hours, and geo-coordinates, plus directory cleanup to strengthen relevance and prominence across the Surfside and Bay Harbor Islands market. Fourth, retention infrastructure: a welcome series, abandoned-cart recovery, post-purchase replenishment flows, and a three-tier loyalty program.
