Accessibility Statement
Azurea Digital, LLC ("Azurea," "we," "us," or "our") is a Miami Beach, Florida digital marketing and AI strategy agency. Our work is built around helping businesses communicate clearly, improve digital performance, and create more useful online experiences. We believe that same standard should apply to our own website.
Our goal is for https://www.azurea.ai and related online content that we control (the "Site") to be accessible and usable for visitors with diverse abilities, technologies, and ways of navigating the web.
#1. Our Accessibility Commitment
Azurea aims to design, maintain, and improve the Site with accessibility in mind. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") as a practical benchmark, with WCAG 2.1 Level AA serving as our current target for the portions of the Site that we control.
This does not mean every page, feature, or third-party integration will be perfect in every circumstance. It does mean that we take accessibility seriously, welcome feedback, and intend to address barriers that are brought to our attention.
Because the Site may include third-party tools, embedded content, browser-dependent features, forms, analytics scripts, advertising technologies, or other integrations, some experiences may not be fully within our control. When we learn that an accessibility issue affects the Site or a service flow we operate, we will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to improve the experience.
#2. Accessibility Practices We Aim to Support
We work toward a Site experience that is understandable, navigable, and functional across common devices and browsers. In practice, this means we aim to support the following accessibility practices where they are technically feasible and within Azurea's control.
For navigation, visitors should be able to move through key Site content in a predictable way using common browsing methods, including keyboard navigation where supported by the Site implementation.
For forms, contact, inquiry, and consultation forms should use clear labels, instructions, and error messaging where technically feasible.
For visual content, images and graphics that communicate important information should include meaningful text alternatives when they are controlled by Azurea.
For readable design, text, spacing, contrast, and layout should support comfortable reading across typical desktop and mobile devices.
For interactive features, animations and interactive elements should be reviewed for usability and should not intentionally block access for users relying on assistive technologies.
#3. Ongoing Review and Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification. Azurea may use a combination of design review, content review, automated accessibility checks, manual testing, user feedback, and vendor support to identify opportunities for improvement.
Automated tools can help identify certain technical issues, but they do not catch every accessibility barrier. For that reason, we treat feedback from real users as especially important.
If we make material changes to the Site, launch new pages, add forms, or update third-party integrations, accessibility may need to be rechecked. We intend to continue improving the Site as our business, content, and technology stack evolve.
#4. Third-Party Content and Tools
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, video platforms, social media platforms, scheduling tools, analytics services, advertising platforms, payment processors, CRM tools, or other external services. We do not control the accessibility of third-party platforms.
If a third-party tool creates a barrier within an Azurea-controlled workflow, please let us know so we can evaluate reasonable alternatives or accommodations.
#5. Need Help Accessing Something?
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Site, or if you need information from the Site in a different format, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and provide the information or support you need.
Please include, if possible, the page URL, a brief description of the issue, the device and browser you were using, and the assistive technology involved, if any. You do not need to provide medical information or disability documentation to report an accessibility concern.

It is not intended to limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law, nor does it create a separate contractual obligation beyond what applicable law requires and what Azurea expressly agrees to in writing.
