We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for unrelated purposes. Their responsibilities may be governed by contracts, platform terms, data processing terms, confidentiality commitments, or similar obligations, depending on the provider and context.
#6. Client Data and Professional Services
Azurea's public website is different from the services we provide under client agreements. In a client engagement, Azurea may receive access to client advertising accounts, analytics platforms, websites, customer lists, CRM data, marketing assets, call-tracking tools, email tools, or other business systems.
Our use of that information is generally governed by the applicable client agreement and instructions from the client.
If a client provides personal information to Azurea for processing on the client's behalf, the client is responsible for ensuring it has the legal right to provide that information and that any required notices, consents, contracts, or authorizations are in place. Azurea will process such information in accordance with the applicable written agreement and applicable law.
#7. Health, Medical, and Sensitive Information
Azurea may work with healthcare, wellness, medical, or professional-services clients. Operating this Site does not make Azurea a HIPAA covered entity, and visitors should not submit protected health information or other sensitive information through general website forms.
If Azurea is asked to handle protected health information or other regulated sensitive information for a client, we will do so only under an appropriate written agreement, such as a business associate agreement or other contract where required. Unless such an agreement is in place, you should not provide protected health information to Azurea.
#8. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for business users and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and Azurea does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at hello@azurea.ai, and we will review the request.
#9. Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to marketing emails or otherwise receive promotional communications from Azurea, you may opt out by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send transactional, administrative, legal, or service-related messages.
#10. Your Privacy Choices
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we maintain about you, depending on your location, relationship with Azurea, the nature of the information, and applicable law. You may also ask us to stop sending marketing emails or to review certain advertising or cookie preferences.
To submit a privacy request, email hello@azurea.ai with the subject line Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. If you are making a request on behalf of a business client, we may direct the request to the relevant client administrator or handle it under the applicable client agreement.
#11. Florida Privacy and Security Notes
Azurea Digital, LLC is organized in Florida and operates from Miami Beach, Florida. Florida law requires covered entities that maintain certain electronic personal information to take reasonable measures to protect and secure that information and may require notice if a qualifying security breach occurs.
Azurea is not currently subject to the Florida Digital Bill of Rights based on our current understanding of the statute's controller thresholds and Azurea's business posture. If Azurea's operations change so that the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or another privacy law applies in a different way, we will update this Policy and provide any required notices, rights, or request methods.
#12. California and Other State Privacy Rights
Azurea primarily serves business clients and does not sell personal information for money. However, privacy laws in some states may give residents rights to access, delete, correct, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information, including targeted advertising or certain disclosures to advertising partners.
Where a state privacy law applies to Azurea and to your personal information, we will honor the rights required by that law. If a law does not apply to Azurea, we may still choose to respond to reasonable privacy requests as a matter of good business practice, but doing so does not mean we are legally subject to every privacy law in every jurisdiction.
#13. International Visitors
Azurea's Services are directed primarily to users in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States or communicate with us from another country, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
If Azurea enters into a client engagement that requires international data-transfer terms or other region-specific privacy commitments, those terms should be addressed in the applicable written agreement rather than assumed from this public website Policy.
#14. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, manage business relationships, provide services, maintain records, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, protect security, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information, the relationship, the legal context, and operational needs.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, aggregate it, or retain it in backup or archive systems until deletion occurs through ordinary retention cycles.
#15. Information Security
Azurea uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include access controls, password and account-management practices, vendor review, encryption in transit where appropriate, limited internal access, and security-aware workflows.
No website, platform, email system, network, or method of electronic transmission is completely secure. We cannot promise perfect security, and you should use care when deciding what information to send through online forms, email, or third-party platforms.
#16. Third-Party Websites and Platforms
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party websites, social networks, advertising platforms, embedded media, scheduling tools, forms, payment processors, or other services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Azurea is not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of third-party services that we do not control.
#17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice through the Site, by email, or by another appropriate method.
